Refund policy

We want you to love your order. If you don't, you can return it within 30 days of delivery.

How to return
Email us at rankrabbit444@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll reply with return instructions and the return address. Please don't send anything back before you hear from us.

Conditions
Because this is a personal care product, returned items must be unused, clean and in their original packaging with all accessories included (shaving head, trimming head and charging cable). We can't accept returns of items that show signs of use.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Your bank may take extra time to post it.

Return shipping
You're responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged, defective or wrong items
Email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund, including return shipping if needed.

Cancellations
To cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. We can cancel it only if it hasn't shipped yet.
