Products and pricing
We try to display our products, colors and prices accurately, but screens vary and small errors can happen. Prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless shown otherwise. We may change prices or discontinue products at any time. If we find a pricing error on an order, we'll contact you to confirm or cancel it.

Orders and payment
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline any order, for example due to stock issues, suspected fraud or errors. You agree to give accurate billing and shipping details. Payments are processed securely by our payment providers, and we never store your full card details.

Shipping and returns
Shipping and returns are covered by our Shipping policy and Return and refund policy, which are part of these terms.

Product use
Please read and follow the instructions that come with your product. Don't use it on broken, irritated or infected skin. If you have a medical skin condition or concerns, speak to a doctor first. We aren't responsible for harm caused by misuse.

Promotions
Discount codes, including the subscriber welcome offer, can't be combined unless we say so, and we may change or end offers at any time.

All text, images, logos and design on this site belong to Elzuno or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse them without our written permission.

Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Elzuno isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of our site or products. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under applicable consumer protection laws.

These terms are governed by the laws of Alberta, Canada.
