Processing time
Orders are processed within [1 to 3] business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.
Delivery time
We offer free standard shipping worldwide. Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
- Canada and USA: [3-5] business days
- Rest of the world: [5-8] business days
These are estimates. Customs, weather and carrier delays can add time.
Tracking
Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number. Tracking can take a few days to update after dispatch.
Customs, duties and taxes
Orders shipped outside Canada may be subject to import duties and taxes charged by your country. These are the buyer's responsibility and aren't included in our prices.
Incorrect address
Please check your shipping address at checkout. We can't be responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address you provided. Contact us right away if you need to change it, and we'll try to update it before dispatch.
Lost or delayed orders
If your order hasn't arrived within [30] business days of dispatch, email us with your order number and we'll investigate and arrange a replacement or refund.
